I’ve been to Takara a couple times now, usually during lunch when they’re not as busy, but I went tonight for the sushi train, and it was amazing!
The salmon nigiri was velvety and soft, the Napa rolls were crunchy and savory, and the eel rolls had just the right amount of umami.
Not to mention they have an orange chiffon cake that is so decadent and not too sweet!
I can’t recommend this place enough for their food, and every single time I’m there the staff is welcoming and kind towards customers, no matter if you are there with a party or coming in by yourself (like me).
